Last week, Fabian flew over to Boston to visit my new neck of the woods (post to come soon) but I selfishly took part of his Boston time, to explore an area I had been dying to go but never had gotten around to visiting, CANADA! NEW YEARS IN HONG KONG
I have been to Hong Kong twice in my life: once in the summer and just recently in the winter. Hong Kong never truly gets that cold so the differences are minimal. Either way, I feel like the two times allow me to official declare Hong Kong as my favorite city in the world.
The lesser known George Town
Well I have been completely MIA for a few months due to holiday travels, a broken computer and a big move from Texas up to the center of all this crazy winter now, Boston! Now that everything is all settled and sorted I am back and already in the blogging spirit!

London Reunion

Hohenzollern Castle
Strategically placed on top of a hill, overlooking miles and miles of forest in the Swabian Alps, stands Hohenzollern Castle. The fortress style palace is located in southwestern Germany. Fabian and I were invited on a day trip to explore this beauty with his mom, sister, and two cousins, on one of my last days in Germany. I had heard of the castle a year prior and had been dying to venture over. Lucky for us, we picked the most beautiful fall day; the multicolored trees contrasted perfectly with the stone castle.
The Liebster Award!
I am super excited because The Roving Blonde has won its first award: The Liebster Award!
Strasbourg: An Extraordinary Medley of French and German Culture
Fabian and I decided to drive west to Strasbourg, to spend a day exploring the Alsace capital. We left early in the morning, and an hour and a half later arrived!
Last Day in Stuttgart
Today, I had to say goodbye to the city that is basically my second home. Fabian and I went into downtown Stuttgart for the afternoon.
